    Hi there,

Let's just start with the obligatory THIS PEDAL ROCKS! Smile I A/B'd it with my modded TR-2 and the PV Trem blew it out of the water. No contest. Top marks, Ben!!!

My mod would be to change the layout of the pedal, that's it. Sound-wise this pedal leaves nothing to be desired.

    Here's what I'm thinking:

    1) Move the "velocity" knob down to where the waveform switch is. Use the same large-sized knob as the pentavocal knob (for quick foot adjustments to trem speed during live use).

    2) Send the waveform switch up to the "velocity" knob's former spot. Replace the foot switch with either a toggle switch or a pot that could sweep the full range from sine to square wave.

So, any thoughts on how easy/difficult this would be? Value of a possible waveform pot? It looks pretty tricky to get into this pedal Think Ben, do you do these kinds of things?

Thanks for any replies and have a great day!

If the pots aren't mounted to a board and the wires are long enough it shouldn't be too difficult. Hopefully soon i'll be able to take a look inside and see first hand Smile

Well, after taking a peek inside, it would be a bit more than I'd like to take on in a $250 pedal.

The 4 smaller pots are all soldered directly to a board...I suppose I could futz with it (using my limited soldering/desoldering experience) but, again, not on a $250 pedal that I like as much as the PVT.

I would never forgive myself if I ruined it Brick wall
